W/Out logging in. The PayPal / Venmo option were enabled when I made the map type selection and got all the way to reviewing the order after selection PayPal.

I had a similar experience on another site (CBI/Prinsu I think). I could not complete the order while logged in but I could when logged out and checking out as a guest.
